Each website, platform or separate project is priced individually. If you add a template system, a second website or another platform, that new project follows the same 3, 6 or 12-month pricing structure.

Work on the agreed project uses its monthly hours. Additional hours are charged at the plan’s rate. A separate system is quoted as a new project.

These are our selling prices per project, including the monthly hours shown. Additional hours are billed separately. We agree on deliverables, the selected plan and any third-party costs in your proposal. Longer plans continue at R5,000/month for the agreed duration; no automatic renewal is created by submitting a brief.

    Before we begin.

    Do I need an existing website?

    No. If you’re starting something new, select “I don’t have a website yet” in the brief and tell us about your idea.

    Is the demo a finished website?

    The demo is a direction to review together. The full build, features, delivery schedule and commercial terms are agreed after we’ve discussed it.

    How long do the monthly build payments run?

    Our plans are 3 months at R2,000/month (R6,000 total), 6 months at R4,000/month (R24,000 total), or 12 months at R5,000/month (R60,000 total). Any agreed duration beyond 12 months keeps the R5,000 monthly rate. For example, 24 months totals R120,000 per project. These are base plan totals; additional hours are billed separately.

    Does one plan cover all my websites and systems?

    Each plan covers one agreed project. A separate website, platform or template system is a new project and uses the same plan pricing. We confirm the boundaries of each project in the proposal.

    What happens when I need changes later?

    The 3-month plan includes 4 hours each month, with additional hours at R500/hour. The 6-month plan includes 6 hours each month, then R400/hour. Plans of 12 months or longer include 10 hours each month, then R250/hour. Additional work is agreed before it is billed.

    Round Out uses your contact details, website link, project brief and optional logo to assess your enquiry, prepare a demo and discuss your project. Submissions are stored in our WordPress administration and sent to our project inbox. We do not publish your uploaded logo or add you to a marketing list through this form.
